Match Permits FAQ

General
Why can I not choose a seat this season?
This season we want to provide our supporters with an safe environment so that they can enjoy a match day experience while still allowing the club to be prepared for any change in circumstances regarding covid-secure measures.

Individual seats cannot be selected this season. You can choose your block and we will allocate you seats within a row. Prior to a match your ticket will be sent to you by email with details of your Row and Seat Number.
Why are some of the blocks greyed out?
Based on demand we will release further parts of the stadium. Hopefully demand will be high and all of the stadium blocks will be sold into.
What is the Stadium Code of Conduct?
We will provide, prior to each match, our latest Code of Conduct. This will give clear information to those attending the stadium of their responsibilities as well as outlining how we intend to keep everyone safe and secure.
Am I guaranteed attendance to each home league match with my match permit?
Attendance to any home league match will still depend on any additional restrictions that may be in place at the time of the match. It is the intention that if you buy a match permit, for all games that will allow fans that are covered by your permit, you will be issued a ticket. However if restrictions are in place and we cannot issue you with a ticket for a particular match you may be given access to watch the match on iFollow. Also we will top up your Privilege Card with any difference between the cost of an iFollow pass and the price per match that you bought your permit.
Bubbles
I'm trying to join a Bubble but your site says it is not valid?
To allow fans to sit together in social bubbles, such as family members or a support network, you select the block and enter the bubble name when purchasing. This bubble name must be spelt correctly but also you must select the correct block where you bubble is already sitting. Check the bubble name and the block you have selected.
I've bought my permit but how does my family member purchase their permit to sit with me?
Now that you have successfully purchased your permit, we have given a name to your bubble. To allow fans to sit together in social bubbles, such as family members or a support network, each fan can purchase and add themselves to an existing bubble.

You may wish to set a friendly name for your bubble, which you can easily do by signing in and going to your Dashboard. Once you have the name you want for your bubble simply tell your family member which block you are in and the name of your bubble. They can then select this block and enter the bubble name which purchasing their own permit.
Buying Permits
If I buy in a block now and then want to move to another block later on will I be able to do so?
Possibly but it will be quite a bit of work for us to do so there will be an admin fee. If this becomes possible we will announce information.
Are you still able to buy permits for free for Under 11?
Yes, we still want to encourage families to enjoy football at the JobServe Community. Under 11 permits can be purchased for free within certain blocks. Under 11 permits must be purchased along with a full paying Adult or Concession permit.
I am a disabled fan, how can I purchase a permit for myself and a carer?
We still offer our disabled fans access to purchase permits and accompanying carers are still permitted free of charge. Simply contact the Ticket Office to discuss and complete your purchase.
Why does each Match Permit need a name?
We are aware that in the past Season Ticket holders may have used a single family name. However at this time, it is vital that we know exactly who is entering the stadium for fan safety and the Government's Track and Trace scheme.

Please be aware that a valid form of identification may be required that matches the name on the ticket to gain entry to the stadium.
What is the email I provide on each permit used for and can I use the same email?
Prior to each game we will determine whether we can allocate a seat based on the current guidelines in force at that time. To access your permit we will contact via email to allow you to confirm and download the ticket.

We will request that the permit holder confirms a declaration of health as well as confirms they accept the Stadium Code of Conduct.

If the same email is used on multiple permits then the receiver of the email will be confirming the declaration of health and acceptance of the Stadium Code of Conduct on behalf of all permit holders.
